Job Title: Chief Security Officer (CSO)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy to protect company assets.
• Oversee the vetting process for personnel to ensure a secure workforce.
• Collaborate with business units to integrate security measures into operations.
• Monitor and assess security risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Lead security training and awareness programs for employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in security leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of security regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus.
