Job Description: Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on 11/18/2024. This position offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in a clinical setting.
