Overview: The External Monitoring Group (EMG) is an independent Level 1 control function performing trading surveillance across the Bank.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive trading surveillance to identify potential market abuse.
Analyze trading patterns and investigate suspicious activities.
Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in trading surveillance or compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
