Job Title: Lead IT Security Administrator

The Lead IT Security Administrator will lead the Information Security Team, collaborating with IT departments and business units to ensure robust security measures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Monitor security incidents and respond effectively.
• Collaborate with Application Development and Networking teams.
• Provide training and awareness programs for staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT security.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) preferred.
