Job Title: Territory Manager Associate Relations (TARM)

Position Purpose: The TARM is responsible for executing strategies that promote fair and consistent employment practices, ensuring a positive associate relations environment to enhance overall performance in driving customer service and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor associate relations strategies.
• Facilitate training on employment practices and policies.
• Address associate concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Collaborate with management to enhance team performance.
• Analyze associate feedback to drive improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in associate relations or HR.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
