Job Title: Territory Manager Associate Relations (TARM)
Position Purpose: The TARM is responsible for executing strategies that promote fair and consistent employment practices, ensuring a positive associate relations environment to enhance overall performance in driving customer service and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor associate relations strategies.
- Facilitate training on employment practices and policies.
- Address associate concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.

- Analyze associate feedback to drive improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in associate relations or HR.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
