Job Title: Social Services Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and resources to clients in need of social services.
  • Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized service plans.
  • Collaborate with community organizations to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
  • Facilitate workshops and support groups to empower clients.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in nonprofit or social services preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
