Job Title: Physical Therapist – Inpatient Acute Care

Location: Hospital-based Client

Position Type: 13-week Assignment (Starting 11/25)

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to inpatient acute care patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress in EMR systems.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute hospital experience.
• Proficient in EMR systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work Monday – Friday, with potential weekend shifts.
