Job Title: Club Staff Member

Responsibilities:

• Engage and mentor youth in various programs and activities.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all members.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement educational and recreational programs.
• Build positive relationships with kids, families, and the community.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and member progress.

Qualifications:

• Passion for youth development and community service.
• Experience in education, coaching, or mentoring preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Background check required.
