Job Title: Dispatch Specialist II

Type: Full-time Contract (12 Months)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule dispatch of personnel and equipment.
- Monitor and track service requests to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
- Resolve issues and provide support to field personnel.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in dispatch software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
