Job Title: Head of School

Location: Ave Maria Academy, Maple Grove

Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school.
• Foster a strong Catholic identity and promote the mission of the academy.
• Oversee academic programs and ensure high educational standards.
• Manage faculty and staff recruitment, development, and evaluation.
• Engage with parents, students, and the community to build strong relationships.
• Ensure financial sustainability and oversee budget management.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in educational leadership.
• Strong understanding of Catholic education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
