Job Title: Activity/Recreational Therapist

Overview: Copper Springs, in partnership with Lifepoint Behavioral Health and Springstone, is seeking passionate, patient-centric, and goal-oriented team members. We specialize in providing therapeutic services to enhance the well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Certification as CTRS, MT-BC, or ATR required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
