Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality outpatient care to patients.
• Manage a patient panel, ensuring continuity of care.
• Participate in shared call coverage for patient needs.
• Collaborate with a team of 650 physicians across 40 specialties.
• Engage in community outreach and patient education.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree with board certification.
• Active medical license in New York.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
