Job Title: Voice Solutions Specialist – UCCE Finesse

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support UCCE and Finesse systems.
  • Design and analyze complex voice systems for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance ACD and contact center operations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for voice solutions.
  • Document processes and maintain system configurations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in voice operations and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of UCCE and Finesse 12 capabilities.
  • Familiarity with ACD and contact center technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
