Job Title: Voice Solutions Specialist UCCE Finesse
Responsibilities:
- Administer and support UCCE and Finesse systems.
- Design and analyze complex voice systems for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance ACD and contact center operations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for voice solutions.
- Document processes and maintain system configurations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in voice operations and administration.
- Strong knowledge of UCCE and Finesse 12 capabilities.
- Familiarity with ACD and contact center technologies.
