Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: Avondale, AZ

Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 (Based on Experience) + $3,000 Sign-on Bonus

Hours: 9am – 6pm, Mon-Thursday preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
