Job Title: Nurse Director – Multi-Campus Emergency Service Line

Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical operations of the Emergency Service Line across multiple campuses.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in emergency care.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation for the Emergency Department.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license; BSN required, MSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with 3 years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of emergency care protocols and trauma services.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
