Job Title: District Safety Manager

Location: Flatiron’s Washington District

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health and safety programs for large projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
• Provide training and support to project teams on safety protocols.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management to promote a safety-first culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction safety management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, CHST) preferred.
