Job Description

Job Title: Windows Support Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Windows 11, 10, and 7 operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot applications including MS Office, printers, and web browsers.
  • Perform desktop and laptop hardware repairs.
  • Assist with basic networking issues and configurations.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory (AD).

    • Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for software and hardware.
  • Experience with desktop/laptop repairs.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory.
