Job Title: Windows Support Technician
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Windows 11, 10, and 7 operating systems.
Troubleshoot applications including MS Office, printers, and web browsers.
Perform desktop and laptop hardware repairs.
Assist with basic networking issues and configurations.
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory (AD).
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills for software and hardware.
Experience with desktop/laptop repairs.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
Familiarity with Active Directory.
