Job Description

Job Title: Quality Specialist-ECW Bilingual: Spanish

Location: Experience Center West (Chandler, AZ)

Schedule: Hybrid (on-site a couple of days per month, subject to change)

Current Hours: Monday – Friday 7AM – 5PM

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assessments and audits of processes.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Assist in training staff on quality protocols.
  • Document findings and prepare reports in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in quality assurance or related field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
