Job Summary: The Physical Therapist at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center will work closely with our patients and the therapy department to provide high-quality rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercises.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
