Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized coaching to job seekers.
• Assist clients in resume writing and interview preparation.
• Develop and implement job search strategies.
• Collaborate with local employers to identify job opportunities.
• Track client progress and adjust coaching methods as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in job coaching or workforce development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
