Job Title: PHP Therapist – Full Time

Overview: Copper Springs, part of Lifepoint Behavioral Health, is seeking a passionate, patient-centric PHP Therapist. This position requires a current counseling license.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy to patients in the PHP program.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Conduct assessments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Current counseling license (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
