Job Title: Director of Respiratory Therapy

Location: Gulf Coast Medical Center, Fort Myers, FL

Work Type: Full Time, Shift 1 (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Pay Rate: $42.09 – $56.83 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy department.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Current state licensure and RRT credential.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
