Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Supervisor for day and night shifts with a $10k sign-on bonus.

  • Provide compassionate, personalized patient care and lead nursing teams within a supportive, family-like environment.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and foster team collaboration.
  • Supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and handle performance management.
  • Assist in developing care programs and serve as a liaison between administration and nursing staff.

    Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS certification (ACLS within a year), and recent inpatient experience. Leadership and supervisory experience are preferred.
