Seeking a Nurse Supervisor for day and night shifts with a $10k sign-on bonus.
Lead and supervise nursing staff, develop patient care programs, and ensure compassionate, personalized treatment.
Act as a liaison between administration, staff, and patients, building meaningful relationships and supporting recovery.
Manage staff performance, provide feedback, and handle patient care when needed.
Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS (ACLS and CRRN within a year), a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and two years of inpatient hospital experience.
Previous leadership experience is required.
