Seeking a Nurse Supervisor for day and night shifts with a $10k sign-on bonus.
Lead and supervise nursing staff, develop patient care programs, and ensure seamless procedures.
Serve as a liaison between administration and staff while building meaningful patient relationships.
Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and handle patient care as needed.
Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS certification, and recent inpatient hospital experience; ACLS and CRRN certifications preferred.
Preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field and leadership experience.
