Job Description
Seeking a full-time Nurse Supervisor for night shifts in a leading inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
Lead and support nursing staff to deliver compassionate, personalized patient care.
Develop and implement care programs, policies, and procedures.
Act as a liaison between administration, management, and staff.
Supervise nursing services, monitor staff performance, and provide feedback.
Participate in direct patient care and build meaningful relationships to promote recovery.
Qualifications include current RN licensure, BLS certification (ACLS within one year), and recent inpatient hospital experience.
Leadership experience as charge nurse or similar role required.
Preferred: BSN and CRRN certification.
