Seeking a Nurse Supervisor for day and night shifts with a $10k sign-on bonus.
Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure compassionate, tailored patient care during rehabilitation.
Develop and implement care programs, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS certification, and recent inpatient experience.
Leadership experience and additional certifications like ACLS and CRRN are preferred.
