REF:#7c50e73fd7bc5be9 Personal Care Medical Associates is looking for Nurse Practitioners to join our growing practice caring for patients in long term care facilities, ALF’s and hospitals. A passion for this work and a love for seniors is a must.

Nurse Practitioner Duties
* Contributes to effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range geriatric patient care issues that must be addressed; recommending options and courses of action.
* Assesses patient health by interviewing patients; performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories..
* Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.

Required Qualifications
* Current, unrestricted NP license in PA
* Ability to obtain DEA licensure in PA
