Seeking Nurse Practitioners for PRN in-home risk assessments, with new grads welcome and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of adult/geriatric patients, including medical history, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

Collaborate with physicians, social workers, caregivers, and medical staff.

Work in various settings such as homes and skilled facilities in Ashland, Ohio.

Flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Earn from $1,900 up to $9,500/month based on completed assessments.

Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent experience, current RN and NP licensure, certification, and at least 1 year NP experience.

Travel required; valid driver’s license and insurance needed.

Benefits include mileage reimbursement; PRN providers have limited benefits.
