Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for PRN home risk assessments, with new grads welcome and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Flexible scheduling in Athens, Ohio, involving home, SNF, and community visits.

  • Conduct adult/geriatric assessments, review health, medical history, and social factors.
  • Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and caregivers for follow-up and education.
  • Work in various venues, including home visits and skilled facilities.

    • Compensation ranges from $1,900 to $9,500/month based on visits. Benefits include mileage reimbursement; PRN staff receive limited benefits.

    Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent experience, current RN and NP licensure, board certification, 1+ year experience, and ability to travel. Must have valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and computer skills.
