Nurse Practitioner – PRN

Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for PRN home risk assessments in Ohio, with new grads encouraged to apply and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include conducting adult/geriatric assessments, reviewing health history, medication adherence, social factors, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Assessments can last up to an hour, providing in-depth insights to improve care and identify undiagnosed conditions.

Work in various settings such as home visits and skilled facilities, with flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Compensation ranges from $1,900 to $9,500/month based on assessments completed.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree or equivalent experience, current RN and NP licensure, board certification, and CPR/BLS certification.

Travel is required to meet patients at their location, and a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Benefits include mileage reimbursement; PRN providers are non-benefited except for 401(k) and voluntary benefits.
