Nurse Practitioner – PRN

Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for PRN home risk assessments in Cleveland, Ohio. New grads welcome, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include conducting adult/geriatric assessments, reviewing health histories, collaborating with healthcare teams, and providing education in home, SNF, or community settings.

Compensation ranges from $1,900 to $9,500/month based on assessment volume, with flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent experience, current RN and NP licensure with prescriptive authority, board certification, BLS/ACLS, and at least 1 year of NP experience (new grads encouraged).

Travel required to patient homes, with valid driver’s license and insurance. Benefits include mileage reimbursement and limited voluntary benefits.
