Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for PRN home risk assessments, with new grads welcome and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Conduct comprehensive assessments in patients’ homes, reviewing health, medical history, medications, and social factors to improve care and identify undiagnosed conditions.

  • Perform adult/geriatric evaluations, collaborate with healthcare team members, and provide follow-up and education.

  • Work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, in various community settings in Chillicothe, Ohio.

    • Earn from $1,900 to $9,500/month based on completed assessments. Benefits include mileage reimbursement and 401(k); PRN providers are non-benefited except for voluntary options.

    Qualifications include a Master’s degree or equivalent experience, current RN and NP licensure, board certification, BLS/ACLS, and at least 1 year of NP experience. Travel to patient homes is required, with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
