Nurse Practitioner – PRN

Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for PRN home risk assessments in Ohio, with new grads welcome and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Conduct comprehensive assessments up to one hour, reviewing health, medical history, medication adherence, and social factors in patients’ homes or community settings.

Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and caregivers, providing education, follow-up, and referrals.

Earn $1,900-$9,500/month based on completed visits, with flexible scheduling including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree or equivalent, current RN and NP licensure, certification in a specialty, and at least 1 year of NP experience.

Must have travel ability, a valid driver’s license, and good communication skills.
