Job Description
We are seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner in Texas for home risk assessments, welcoming new grads.
Conduct comprehensive adult/geriatric health assessments in patients’ homes, skilled facilities, or community settings.
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and caregivers to develop and implement care plans.
Review medical histories, medications, social factors, and identify health risks to improve care quality and close care gaps.
Work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Earn $2,000-$10,000 monthly based on completed assessments, with mileage reimbursement.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree or equivalent, current RN and NP licensure with prescriptive authority, board certification, and CPR/BLS/ACLS.
Travel is required to meet patients at their locations.
PRN role offers limited benefits, mainly 401(k).
