Nurse Practitioner – PRN

Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (PRN) for in-home health risk assessments, with new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities include conducting adult/geriatric assessments, reviewing health histories, medication adherence, and social factors, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Work locations include home visits, skilled facilities, and community settings in Cameron, TX.

Flexible hours available (days, evenings, nights, weekends), with compensation ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 monthly based on assessments completed.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree or equivalent, current RN and NP licensure with prescriptive authority, board certification, BLS/ACLS, and at least 1 year of NP experience (new grads encouraged).

Must have travel ability, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
