Job Description

Seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner in Texas for PRN or full-time roles focused on in-home health assessments.

Benefits include flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($100 per assessment, potential for $2,000-$10,000/month), mileage reimbursement, and limited voluntary benefits.

Responsibilities include conducting adult/geriatric assessments, reviewing health history, medication adherence, social factors, and collaborating with physicians, social workers, and caregivers.

Work locations vary (home visits, skilled facilities) within Bay City, TX, with day, evening, night, and weekend hours available.

Qualifications: Master’s or equivalent experience, current RN and NP licensure with prescriptive authority, board certification, CPR/BLS, minimum 1-year NP experience, strong communication, and computer skills.

Travel required; valid driver license and auto insurance needed.
