Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for PRN home risk assessments, welcoming new grads in Texas.
During visits up to one hour, assess health, medical history, medication adherence, and social factors to improve care and identify undiagnosed conditions.
Responsibilities include conducting adult/geriatric assessments, collaborating with healthcare team members, providing patient education, and working in homes, skilled facilities, or community settings.
Compensation ranges from $2,000 to $10,000/month based on completed visits, with flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent experience, valid RN and NP licensure, board certification, CPR/BLS/ACLS, and ability to travel.
