Job Description
We are seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner for home risk assessments, welcoming new grads and offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
Conduct comprehensive adult/geriatric assessments, including medical history, diagnosis, treatment, and social factors
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and caregivers
Provide follow-up and patient education, working in home visits, skilled facilities, and community settings
Earn $2,000-$10,000/month based on assessment volume
Flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent, current RN and NP licensure, board certification, CPR/BLS/ACLS, and at least 1 year of NP experience (new grads encouraged)
Must have valid driver’s license and be able to travel to patient locations
