Nurse Practitioner – PRN

Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for PRN home risk assessments, with new grads welcome.

Responsibilities include conducting adult/geriatric assessments, reviewing health and social factors, collaborating with healthcare teams, and providing follow-up care in homes, SNFs, and community settings.

Compensation ranges from $2,000 to $10,000 monthly based on assessments completed.

Qualifications: Master’s or equivalent experience, current RN and NP licensure with prescriptive authority, board certification, BLS/ACLS, at least 1 year of NP experience, strong communication and computer skills, and ability to travel within Columbus, GA.

Hours are flexible, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Benefits include 401(k) and mileage reimbursement. Equal opportunity employer.
