Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (PRN) for home risk assessments in Georgia, including new grads.

Conduct adult/geriatric assessments covering health history, diagnosis, education, and referrals.

Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and caregivers.

Provide services in home, skilled facilities, and community settings.

Earn $2,000-$10,000/month based on completed assessments (approximately $100 each).

Flexible scheduling including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent experience, current RN/NP licensure, board certification, BLS/ACLS, and ability to travel.
