Seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for PRN home risk assessments in Highland, NY.

  • New grads encouraged to apply with a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments up to one hour, reviewing health, medical history, social environment, and risks.

  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and caregivers in various settings, including home visits and skilled facilities.

  • Earn from $2,300 to $11,500/month based on completed assessments (pay of $115 each).

  • Flexible scheduling including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
