This part-time, in-person role is suitable for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in the U.S.

Perform disability assessments on Veterans, including reviewing medical records electronically and conducting focused physical exams.

Document exam findings accurately through a web portal.

Note: Does NOT involve treatment or prescribing medication; disability determinations are made by the VA.

Typically assess 3-5 Veterans per day, working Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 am to 4 pm.

Requires current, unrestricted NP or PA licensure, proficiency in computer use, and good time management skills.

Training and support provided; health insurance options available.

Work is performed in a clinical setting with a set schedule and no on-call duties.

Ideal for those interested in independent medical assessments and serving the veteran community.
