Job Description
Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, coordinating with the Medical Director, and ensuring accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards.
Conducts patient histories and physical exams, orders and interprets lab studies, and manages treatment of chronic conditions.
Provides patient education, manages medication adjustments, and follows up on care plans.
Participates in community outreach, organizational policies, and marketing activities.
Works closely with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans and coordinate patient management.
Requires current licensure through the Texas Board of Nursing or Physician Assistant license, a valid DEA license, and BLS certification.
