Job Description
The Nurse Resident provides clinically appropriate patient care aligned with nursing standards and organizational values.
The 12-month residency includes extended orientation, clinical experiences, and classroom learning to support transition to practice.
Qualifications include a current Virginia RN license, BLS certification (obtainable during orientation), and additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and NRP within specified timeframes.
Minimum education required is graduation from an accredited nursing program.
