Job Description
The Clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate care environment through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, and performs treatments and tests, documenting all as per regulations.
Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and applies sound nursing judgment for care management.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to develop care plans, directs ancillary staff, and maintains professional nursing standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The role involves handling sensitive information with confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations.
