Job Description

The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness, contributing to a supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.

  • Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care following policies and regulations.

  • Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.

  • Assesses patient needs, responses to care, and applies sound nursing judgment in management decisions.

  • Provides primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.

  • Collaborates with the team to develop patient care plans and guides ancillary staff.

  • Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
