Job Description
The Clinical Nurse creates a compassionate environment through kindness and active listening, recognizing each employeeâs value.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, and documents care per policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to develop a patient Care Plan, directs ancillary staff, and maintains professional standards.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of quality improvement principles.
The role involves ensuring patient safety, quality care, and adherence to confidentiality and privacy standards.
