The Clinical Nurse creates a compassionate environment through kindness and active listening.

Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, and documents care.

Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and applies sound nursing judgment.

Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.

Collaborates with the team to develop a Plan of Care and guides ancillary staff.

Requires a nursing diploma, associate or bachelorâs degree, and current RN license.

Maintains BLS and ACLS certifications, with 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.

Possesses strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Adheres to confidentiality and privacy regulations regarding sensitive patient information.
