Job Description

This role involves providing high-quality imaging procedures in a safe, respectful, and efficient manner.

  • Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, with BLS certification within 90 days.
  • Preferably, candidates have at least one year of hospital experience; training will be provided.
  • Skills include knowledge of various x-ray equipment, computers, and procedures such as fluoroscopy and surgery.
  • Physical tasks involve equipment operation, patient movement assistance, and maintaining radiation safety.
  • Responsibilities include verifying patient and physician orders, documenting allergies and pregnancy status, ensuring patient dignity and safety, and performing high-quality studies.
  • Emphasis on teamwork, leadership, safety precautions, and willingness to assist in other areas or work overtime as needed.
